Cancellation, Return, and Withdrawal Procedure

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty. A buyer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Black Fashion of their intention to do so within the legal period, under the conditions specified in this contract. In cases where the right of withdrawal is applicable, the buyer is legally responsible for any changes or damage that occur if the goods are not used in accordance with their function, technical specifications, and operating instructions during the withdrawal period. Accordingly, if changes or damage occur due to the product not being used in accordance with its operating instructions, technical specifications, and function up to the date of withdrawal, the buyer may lose their right of withdrawal; in cases accepted by Black Fashion, an amount corresponding to the change/damage will be deducted from the refunded product price. In cases where the right of withdrawal exists, it is sufficient for the buyer to send a clear notification to Black Fashion (verbally/in writing to the contact addresses specified above) within the legal 14-day period stating that they are exercising their right of withdrawal.

Free Shipping Option

For your return requests, the first shipping cost is covered by us free of charge. However, for more than one return request for the same order, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you can create your return request by clicking the "Easy Return" button at the bottom of our website, even without a membership. Delivery of the product by Black Fashion to the carrier is not considered delivery to the consumer.

In determining the period for the right of withdrawal;
a) For goods that are subject to a single order but delivered separately, the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last good,
b) For goods consisting of multiple parts, the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last part,
c) For contracts where the regular delivery of goods is made over a certain period, the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the first good, shall be taken as the basis.

In cases where there is no right of withdrawal, the buyer can only deliver the product to be returned to Black Fashion's contracted cargo companies. Returns of products delivered to Black Fashion by any cargo company other than these contracted cargo companies, as well as their shipping costs, are not accepted. Returns must absolutely be sent with the product/products' tags intact, unused, and undamaged. Returns of perfumed, stained, torn/ripped, or washed products are not accepted. All accessories and packaging materials must be sent completely for the return process. Products such as underwear, swimsuits, and bikinis can only be returned if their packaging has not been opened, they have not been tried on, and they have not been used.

Returns will be made with the original box or packaging, and returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged (for example; products with a cargo label pasted on the original box and/or taped with cargo tape, etc.), have lost their resalability, and are in a condition that prevents another customer from purchasing them, are not accepted. The buyer delivers the product they wish to return to Black Fashion along with the original dispatch note and a petition stating the reason for the return.

If the buyer wishes to cancel an order, they must submit a cancellation request via our Whatsapp line at +90 532 209 89 70. Black Fashion then notifies the buyer via email that the cancellation has been processed. It should be noted that if the product has not been shipped for cancellation, the full amount will be refunded using the method by which the transaction was made; if the product has been shipped, the shipping fee will be deducted before the refund is made to the buyer.

The products sent are examined in accordance with the processes carried out, and if there is no situation preventing their return, the return process is initiated. In the case of virtual POS usage, refunds are made to the credit/debit card used. Refunds for orders placed through the website are also made through the website.
